Limitation of Liability: System Logic Software Solution Private Limited shall not be held liable for the business conduct, operational decisions, or legal compliance of the client’s independent business activities.
Integrity Clause: The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services if a client’s platform is found to be in violation of any Indian law or is used for activities prohibited by the state.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This agreement and the services provided hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. For the purpose of legal efficiency and administrative clarity, both parties mutually agree that any legal proceedings or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located at the city of the Company’s Registered Office. This ensures a centralized legal process for all contractual matters.
